Any wells designated for abandonment <br />or any wells, encountered during construction, are to be <br />destroyed in accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7 by <br />calling (415) 443-9300. <br /> <br />That the haul route for all materials to and from this <br />development be approved by the City Engineer prior to the <br />start of any construction. <br /> <br />That the developer submit an erosion and sedimentation control <br />plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans prior to <br />the final approval of the development. <br /> <br />That the developer submit a dust control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans prior to the final approval of <br />the development. <br /> <br />That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and <br />channels not within the area of a dedicated public street or <br />public service easement approved by the City Engineer be <br />privately maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br /> <br />That approval of the water supply and distribution system be <br />withheld pendinq final design and until the developer has <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Enqineer that the <br />proposed syste. meets both the immediate and long-range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br /> <br />That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />require.ents of the cross-connections control and backflow <br />prevention device proqrams required by the California <br />Administrative Code, Title 17. <br /> <br />44. That approval for the nUlllber, type and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pendinq final desiqn, review by the Fire <br />Marshal, and final review by the City Enqineer. <br /> <br />45. That approval of the sanitary sewer syst_ be withheld pending <br />final desiqn and until the developer has d_onstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Enqineer that the proposed system is <br />adequate, connects to an approved point of discharqe, and <br />meets both the i..ediate and lonq-ranqe require.ents of the <br />sanitary syst.. in this and all tributary areas. <br /> <br />Rev. 2/84 10/84 5/86 10/86 <br />
