The typical street section for the common drive shall be <br />revised, the Public Service Easement on the side of the street <br />with the sidewalk shall be increased in width to 8 feet. <br /> <br />17. There shall be a 5 feet minimum separation between storm drain <br />and the sanitary sewer, and 10 feet minimum separation between <br />the sanitary sewer and the pUblic water main. The water main <br />shall be publicly maintained, all other utilities shall be <br />privately maintained by the homeowners association. <br /> <br />18.
