The plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD District: One of the purposes of the PUD District is to accommodate changing market conditions and community desires. The business would benefit from its relationship with the RV show conducted twice each year at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. In addition, the proposed modification would allow a business which is currently lacking in Pleasanton. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed modification appropriate for the site.
