That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />The proposed living space in the garage of 611 <br />Windmill Lane meets the required setbacks and does <br />not alter the exterior of the existing house. The <br />design matches the existing home in materials and <br />colors, and parking is provided on the driveway in <br />front of the unit. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use is appropriate for this <br />site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-91-85, the application of Brian and <br />Wendy Lynch for a conditional use permit to allow a <br />secondary unit to be installed within an existing single- <br />family residence located at 611 windmill Lane, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
