A 42 <br />ft. exterior/18 ft. interior turning radius shall be <br />maintained for tractor trailer vehicles. <br /> <br />30. No hazardous materials shall be stored on the site except if <br />permitted by the Fire Marshall. Existing tenants shall <br />contact the Fire Marshall and obtain and/or update all <br />necessary permits within 60 days of use permit approval. <br />Future tenants shall obtain all necessary hazardous materials <br />permits prior to operation. Hazardous materials shall be <br />stored in covered containers as required by the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />31. All designated gates and driveways shall remain clear of <br />parked or stored vehicles, machinery, accessory structures, <br />storage containers, and materials for the purpose of <br />maintaining emergency vehicle access. <br /> <br />32. The applicants shall provide an emergency vehicle access only <br />point from Boulder street. Said access shall include a gate <br />with lock box, and an asphalt driveway apron off Boulder <br />Street. The final design of this secondary access driveway <br />shall be subject to review and approval of the Planning <br />Director, City Engineer, and Fire Marshall prior to <br />installation. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />33. The Pleasanton Steel sign shall be removed immediately. <br />Signage for individual businesses shall be accommodated within <br />the existing project directory sign only.
