<br />Resolution No. PC-94-01 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />4. At no time shall there be more than 100 members of this <br />congregation during the California Communi ty Church I s <br />services. Should parking problems arise in the future, this <br />condition of approval can be modified by the Planning Director <br />to reduce the number of members as necessary to mitigate the <br />parking problem. In the event that the existing California <br />Community Church leaves the site, or the applicants can <br />demonstrate that there is excess parking available, the <br />applicants may apply to the Planning Director increase their <br />allowed members. The Planning Director may approve the <br />modification if it is judged to be acceptable, may deny the <br />request, or may refer the matter to the Planning Commission <br />for a public hearing. <br /> <br />5. A parking analysis will be conducted by City staff 6 months <br />after approval of this use permit application. If necessary, <br />the Planning Director may modify or add conditions of approval <br />to mitigate any adverse parking impacts created by the <br />applicants. <br /> <br />6. The applicants shall inform all members to utilize the parking <br />spaces on the front (north) side of the building whenever <br />possible. <br /> <br />7. The applicants shall keep the building doors closed at all <br />times except for ingress/egress or emergency purposes. <br /> <br />8. Prior to occupancy of the building, the applicants shall <br />contact the Building and Fire Departments to determine all <br />applicable requirements. The structure must be made to <br />conform with all applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and <br />ordinances of the City. All future tenant improvements shall <br />be included as part of this condition. All necessary City <br />permits shall be secured prior to any work on the structure. <br /> <br />9. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program. <br /> <br />10. The use shall be conducted entirely within the building at all <br />times. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />. , <br />
