The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, written narrative, and related materials, <br />Exhibit A (dated "Received" November 22 and December 27, <br />1993), on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The approved activities and hours of operation for the church <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Sundays - main church service from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. <br />- fellowship time from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Tuesdays - Bible study from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Fridays - evening church service and youth class from 7: 00 <br />p.m. to 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Saturdays - <br /> <br />special meeting <br />teen's ministry, <br />ministerial staff) <br />p.m. <br /> <br />groups (women's ministry, <br />men's ministry, and <br />from 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 <br /> <br />Weekdays - office hours from 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />If additional hours or activities beyond those shown above are <br />desired (e.g., additional services or meetings, extended <br />hours, etc.), prior City review and approval is required. <br />Details of such activities shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director, who may approve the modification if it is judged to <br />be minor, or may refer the matter to the Planning Commission <br />for a pUblic hearing if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />3. If operation of this use results in conflicts or complaints <br />pertaining to parking availability, interior or exterior <br />noise, traffic/circulation, or other nuisances, the Planning <br />Director can modify or add conditions of approval, or submit <br />the matter to the Planning Commission for their subsequent <br />review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, <br />or may revoke said use permit. Mitigation measures can <br />include but are not limited to: modification to the hours of <br />operation, or reduction to the congregation size, or frequency <br />of meetings. <br /> <br />., <br />
