<br />Resolution No. PC-95-90 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Some parking areas are less than City standards, e.g., private <br />parallel parking spaces dimensioned with an S' 0" width instead <br />of the City's required 9' 0" width. Given the private usage of <br />these parking areas in the context of anticipated traffic volumes, <br />the proposed width is considered to be acceptable. <br /> <br />Buildings are designed to meet the requirements of the Uniform <br />Building Code, other applicable City codes, and State of <br />California mandated noise, energy, and accessibility <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Adequate access is provided to all structures for police, fire, and <br />other emergency vehicles. <br /> <br />7. The modified development plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD <br />District: <br /> <br />The proposed modification to the previously approved PUD <br />development plan implements the purposes of the City's PUD <br />Ordinance by providing clustered, small-lot single-family homes <br />that are well-designed and sited on the subject property, that <br />fulfills the desires of the applicant, and that meets the City's <br />General Plan goals and policies. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-SI-30-60D, the application of Signature <br />Properties for development plan approval of a clustered 145-unit, single-family <br />detached residential development located on a 15.41 acre site in the Hacienda <br />Business Park (Lot SA located on the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive <br />between Gibraltar and Tassajarra Creek), subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "C," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />. <br />
