<br />Resolution No. PC-95-90 <br />Page 17 <br /> <br />b. The paving sections for the on-site parking and drive areas shall be designed <br />on the basis of an R- Value test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated <br />traffic loads. This design shall be subject to the approval of the Director of <br />Building Inspection. The minimum paving section shall be two inches (2") <br />asphalt concrete on six inches (6") of asphalt base. The minimum asphalt <br />concrete pavement slope shall be one percent (1 %). For pavement slopes of <br />less than one percent (1 %), the surface runoff shall be carried in a concrete <br />gutter to an acceptable point of discharge. The minimum slope for concrete <br />gutter shall be 0.5 % . <br /> <br />c. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on each of the sanitary sewer <br />lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of <br />Building Inspection. <br /> <br />d. The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a <br />licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control <br />measures, including concrete-lined V -ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes <br />from surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior <br />to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />e. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion <br />control prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. <br />The amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />f. The applicant shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for <br />public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City <br />Engineer or other easements which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />g. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving <br />this development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />h. The applicant shall construct vertical precast concrete curbs and gutters within <br />this development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer and Planning <br />Director. When the sidewalk is adjacent to the curb and gutter, they shall be <br />poured monolithically. <br /> <br />i. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment <br />permit. <br /> <br />II I . . <br />
