<br />Resolution No. PC-9S-89 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Finds that Case PUD-81-30-60D, the application of <br />Signature Properties for development plan approval of a <br />clustered 145-unit, single-family detached residential <br />development located on a 15.41 acre site in the Hacienda <br />Business Park (Lot 8A located on the northerly side of <br />Stoneridge Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Tassajarra <br />Creek) will not have a significant environmental impact <br />and that the proposed project is covered by the <br />previously approved Negative Declaration for Case <br />PUD-81-30-55-D. <br /> <br />Section 2.
