<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-89 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING CASE PUD-81-30-60D WILL NOT HAVE A <br />SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AND FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED <br />PROJECT IS COVERED BY A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Signature Properties has submitted an application for <br />development plan approval of a clustered 14S-unit, <br />single-family detached residential development located on <br />a 15.41 acre site in the Hacienda Business Park (Lot 8A <br />located on the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive between <br />Gibraltar Drive and Tassajarra Creek); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 8, 1995, the Planning <br />Commission received a copy of the Negative Declaration <br />approved for Case PUD-81-30-5SD; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received the recommendations <br />of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />clustered, small-lot single-family detached development <br />is comparable to the previously approved townhouse <br />development in terms of density, traffic, noise, and <br />other environmental issues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed project <br />would not have a significant environmental impact and <br />that the previously approved Negative Declaration is <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />. <br />
