The haul route for all materials to and from this
development shall be approved by the City Engineer
prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit.

c. Any damage to existing street improvements during
construction on the subject property shall be repaired
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full
expense to the developer. The applicant shall comply with the City's urban clean water
run-off requirements as follows:

a. The developer shall include erosion control/storm water
quality measures on the building plan set which shall
specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt,
and debris from entering the storm drain system. Such
measures may include, but are not limited to,
hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences
and are subject to the review and approval of the City
Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. Necessary
erosion control/storm water quality measures shall be
shown on the site plan submitted for an on-site permit,
subject to the review and approval of the Director of
Building Inspection. The developer is responsible for
ensuring that the contractor is aware of and implements
such measures.

c. The developer shall submit a construction Best
Management Practices (BMP's) program for review and
approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of
building and/or grading permits. Construction site cleanup and control of
construction debris shall also be addressed. Failure
to comply with the approved construction BMP may result
in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or a
stop work order.
