The access easement over Parcel 2 for the existing home on Parcell shall be abandoned <br />upon demand by the City after the construction ofthe East/W est collector street or other <br />approved public or private street, and access to the existing home on Parcel I shall be <br />from said street. The details of this requirement shall be shown on any subdivision <br />application and shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The requirement for <br />this easement abandonment shall be placed on the deeds for Parcel I and Parcel 2 to the <br />satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />9. In order to effectuate the subdivision ofthe property, a parcel map application must be <br />filed by the applicant subject to approval by the City. <br /> <br />10. Parcell shall conform to the requirements, uses, and standards of the R-I-40,OOO zoning <br />district.
