<br />Resolution No. PC-9S-78 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />~ Parks and Trails <br /> <br />16. Improvements for the park staging area, the smaller public <br />park near the existing water tank and the hiking trails shall <br />occur during grading and tract improvements for Tract 6590. <br />All public park improvements and hiking trails shall be to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Community Services. <br /> <br />17. The Final Map shall indicate a buffer area behind Lots 1 - 6 <br />and adjacent to the park staging area, which is indicated as <br />and shall be included as part of Parcel 0, Tract 6400. The <br />homeowners' association shall bear sole and full <br />responsibility for the maintenance of this area. <br /> <br />~ Construction Activities <br /> <br />18. All site improvements and house construction activities shall <br />be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall <br />be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />19. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other <br />vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />20. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far <br />as possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on <br />a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />21. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />II. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />22. All public infrastructure improvements and installation of <br />utilities underground shall occur in conjunction with the <br />grading and construction phasing plans as delineated on this <br />Tentative Map Tract 6590 and Tract 6400. <br /> <br />23. No private driveways may be gated or locked in any fashion to <br />preclude public access. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />The final disposition of <br />drainage swale between Lots <br />tract boundary line shall be <br />approval of the Final Map. <br /> <br />the property line, fencing and <br />29, 38, and 39 and the eastern <br />determined prior to City Council <br />
