The existing Foothill reservoir access road, concrete v- <br />ditches, culverts and Gold Creek bridge shall be removed at <br />such time as the City Engineer determines that adequate access <br />has been provided to the reservoir site, and that the road is <br />not needed for other access purposes. The road area, adjacent <br />slopes, and the Gold Creek bridge area shall be restored to a <br />natural state, subject to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer and the Planning Director. <br /> <br />33. Prior to commencement of final design of Laurel Creek Drive <br />near its intersection with Foothill Road, the developer's <br />engineer shall meet with the City's Traffic Engineer to ensure <br />that the street alignment at the intersection meets City <br />standards. <br /> <br />~ Laurel Creek Bridqe <br /> <br />34. The developer shall obtain all necessary permits from the <br />Department of Fish and Game and any other responsible agencies <br />for the construction of the Laurel Creek Bridge prior to City <br />Council approval of the Final Map. <br /> <br />35. All detailed engineering plans and specifications for the <br />bridge shall be submitted to the City Engineer for review and <br />approval prior to City Council approval of the Final Map. <br /> <br />~ Gradinq and Drainaqe <br /> <br />36. The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan <br />prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all final <br />grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes <br />from surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the City Engineer prior to approval <br />of the Final Map. <br /> <br />37. All fill banks shall be graded at a 3:1. slope, except those <br />created as a result of landslide repair in areas with no <br />buildings and where the natural, ungraded slope is steeper <br />than 3:1. In these instances, the landslide repair shall <br />match as closely as possible the natural slope prior to <br />repair. <br /> <br />38. All highly visible proposed V-ditches shall be constructed of <br />brown-colored concrete, to the satisfaction of the Planning <br />Director. <br />
