<br />Engineering <br /> <br />65. The developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.0 I 0 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer These <br />improvements may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, <br />sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, underground <br />utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br /> <br />66. The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits <br /> <br />67. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer <br /> <br />68. The applicant shall dedicate to the City for street right-ot:way purposes those parcels of <br />land intended to be public streets. <br /> <br />69. The applicant shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for public <br />service easements (P.SE) and which are approved by the City Engineer or other <br />easements which may be designated by the City Engineer <br /> <br />70. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer <br /> <br />71. The applicant shall construct vertical pee curbs and gutters within this development <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer When the sidewalk is adjacent to the <br />curb and gutter, they shall be poured monolithically. <br /> <br />72. All existing wells on the site shall be removed or sealed, filled and abandoned pursuant to <br />Alameda County Ord. 73-68, prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7 retains <br />specific wells for observation wells, or special approval is obtained from the City Engineer <br />for temporary use of an existing well for construction water Any wells designated for <br />abandonment or any wells, encountered during construction. are to be destroyed 111 <br />accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br />73.
