Service Contracts <br /> <br /> There are no contract employees. Effective October 2004, all paratransit staff are <br /> employees of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />7. Applicant's Financial and Management Information Data <br /> Punch card sales and redemption procedures are as follows: <br /> <br /> Pleasanton residents are sold a punch card valued at $20.00 for usc as needed. <br /> Residents from Sunol and the unincorporated areas of Pleasanton pay $25.00 for <br /> their punch card. Drivers punch the client's card according to the destination. <br /> <br /> A monthly record of the punch card sales is recorded at the Paratransit Office. <br /> Thc number of completed rides is kept daily through Schedule Pro, the scheduling <br /> and records management software. A monthly report is produced, which includes <br /> the total number of passengers carried, in-service mileage and drive time, rides <br /> per hour, number of shared rides, number of escort/guests transported, number of <br /> lift assisted trips, cancellations, denials, and late pick-ups. <br /> <br /> <br />
