<br />Resolution No. PC-95-65 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />e. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard and erosion control prior to issuance of an <br />Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of <br />this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />f. The haul route for all materials to and from this <br />development shall be approved by the City Engineer prior <br />to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />g. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on <br />the final grading plan, subject to the approval of the <br />city Engineer. The applicant is responsible for ensuring <br />that the contractor is aware of such measures. No <br />grading shall occur between October 15 and April 15 <br />unless approved erosion control measures are in place, <br />subject to the approval of the Building Department. Such <br />measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent <br />landscaping is in place. <br /> <br />h. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br /> <br />i. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the city Engineer and Zone 7, <br />as applicable, that the system is adequate, connects to <br />an approved point of discharge, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Alameda county Flood <br />Control District - Zone 7. <br /> <br />j. Any damage to existing street improvements during <br />construction on the subject property shall be repaired to <br />the satisfaction of the city Engineer at full expense to <br />the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, <br />or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />k. The applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an <br />encroachment permit from the City Engineer prior to <br />moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />19. Fire Prevention Requirements: <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection <br />facilities, including all surface roads, fire hydrants, <br />and a water supply capable of furnishing the required <br />fire flow shall be installed and serviceable prior to and <br />during the time of construction. <br />
