<br />Resolution No. PC-95-58 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />d. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on <br />each of the sanitary sewer lateral from each building, <br />unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />e. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the <br />Building Department on computer disk in a format approved <br />by the Director. Digitized information shall be <br />submitted before requesting a final inspection and should <br />reflect as-built situs and architectural information as <br />approved by the Director. <br /> <br />25. Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />a. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any <br />other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on <br />the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />b. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required <br />prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />c. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept <br />as far as possible from existing residences and shall be <br />emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />d. All building and site demolition and construction <br />activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to <br />6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction <br />equipment must meet California Department of Motor <br />Vehicle (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices. <br /> <br />26. Fire/Police Department Requirements: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />The development <br />pleasanton Fire <br />Municipal Code) . <br /> <br />shall meet all requirements of the <br />Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton <br /> <br />b.
