<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RANDOLPH FINN <br />ARCHITECT, INC. FOR DEAN AND NANCY JEFFERIES FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-94-252 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Randolph Finn Architect, Inc. (for Dean and Nancy <br />Jefferies) has applied for design review approval to <br />construct a 3, 301.:t square foot single-family residence on <br />a 9,100.:t square foot lot located at 326 Diamond Court; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-8, 500 (Single-Family <br />Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed meeting of August 23, <br />Planning Commission considered all public <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />1995, the <br />testimony, <br />City staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed home <br />is well designed and articulated, and that as <br />conditioned, is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-94-252, the application of the Randolph <br />Finn Architect, Inc. (for Dean and Nancy Jefferies), for <br />design review approval to construct a 3,301.:t square foot <br />single-family residence on a 9, 100.:t square foot lot <br />located at 326 Diamond Court, subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made a part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
