<br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-55 <br />Page 21 <br /> <br />88. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />~ On-site Operations/Construction Activities <br /> <br />89. All existing wells on the site shall be removed or sealed, <br />filled and abandoned pursuant to Alameda County Ordinance 73- <br />68, prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7 <br />retains specific wells for observation wells, or special <br />approval is obtained from the City Engineer for temporary use <br />of an existing well for construction water. Any wells <br />designated for abandonment or any wells, encountered during <br />construction, are to be destroyed in accordance with a permit <br />obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br />90. All existing septic tanks or holding tanks shall be removed or <br />sealed, filled, and abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of <br />the Alameda County Department of Health Services. <br /> <br />91. The developer's contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />92. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />93. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other <br />vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />94. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far <br />as possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on <br />a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />95. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />96. The haul route for all materials to and from this development <br />shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br />
