<br />Resolution No. PC-95-50 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />9. If the operation of this use results in major conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, traffic or other impacts, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit <br />may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review <br />at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or <br />add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may <br />revoke the said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the health <br />club in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />11. The business shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />12. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A new <br />application must be made if the applicant relocates to another <br />site. <br /> <br />13. No signage for the business is approved as part of this <br />application. Any signage shall conform to the previously- <br />approved sign program for the building and shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to <br />installation. <br /> <br />14. All doors from the proposed suite are to remain closed, but <br />unlocked, during normal operating hours except in the case of an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />15. All visitor parking shall be limited to the main parking lot and <br />shall not be permitted in the rear service area of the retail <br />building with the exception of deliveries and employee parking. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
