All site improvements and building construction shall be completed, inspected, and accepted by the Planning Department prior to the start of operation of the espresso stand. 16. If the espresso stand ceases operation for a period of time longer than thirty (30) days, the property owner shall remove the structure and landscaping and shall reconstruct and replant the landscape island and restripe the parking lot back to its original condition. 17. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. 18. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 19. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. 20. If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. 21. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. 22. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. 23. The "greeter" /operator shall direct exiting traffic to Pimlico Drive. {end}
