All site improvements and building construction shall be <br />completed, inspected, and accepted by the Planning Department <br />prior to the start of operation of the espresso stand. <br /> <br />16. If the espresso stand ceases operation for a period of time <br />longer than thirty (30) days, the property owner shall remove <br />the structure and landscaping and shall reconstruct and <br />replant the landscape island and restripe the parking lot back <br />to its original condition. <br /> <br />17. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />18. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />19. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />20. If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be <br />equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the <br />Police Department and that this system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />21. The haul route for all materials to and from this development <br />shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />22. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />23. The "greeter" /operator shall direct exiting traffic to Pimlico <br />Drive. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
