<br />Resolution No. PC-9S-43 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />44. The applicant shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared <br />by a licensed land surveyor or registered civil engineer to the <br />Chief Building Official and Planning Director, certifying that the <br />pad and building locations (setbacks) are pursuant to the approved <br />plans, prior to receiving a foundation inspection for the <br />structure. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />4S. The applicant shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to <br />be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during <br />both daylight and night time hours. Tenant spaces shall be <br />identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />46. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Code (Chapter 20.24 of the pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />47. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />48. Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the review <br />and approval by the Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing the <br />facility layout, including ceiling heights, office areas, storage <br />plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the applicant to the <br />Fire Chief prior to installation of said systems. <br /> <br />49. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, <br />including all surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply <br />capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be installed and <br />serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When <br />alternate methods of protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, <br />this requirement may be waived or modified. Proposed alternative <br />methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, to the <br />Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall <br />not start without the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />SO. If required by the Police Department, the building (s) shall be <br />equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the <br />Police Department and that this system shall be installed prior to <br />occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />SI. The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share for the undergrounding of <br />the existing overhead utility lines. Said payment shall be made to <br />the City Engineer prior to issuance of building permits for the <br />project. <br /> <br />- <br />
