<br />ii. Remove all dirt, gravel, rubbish, refuse, and green waste from the street <br />pavement, and storm drains adjoining the project site. During wet <br />weather avoid driving vehicles off paved areas. <br /> <br />iii. Broom sweep the public street pavement adjoining the project site on a <br />daily basis. Caked-on mud or dirt shall be scraped from these areas <br />before sweeping. <br /> <br />iv. Install filter materials (such as sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm <br />drain inlet nearest the downstream side of the project site in order to <br />retain any debris or dirt flowing into the City storm drain system. Filter <br />materials shall be maintained and/or replaced as necessary to ensure <br />effectiveness and to prevent street flooding. Dispose of filter particles in <br />the trash. <br /> <br />v. Create a contained and covered area on the site for the storage of bags, <br />cement, paints, flammable, oils, fertilizers, pesticides, or any other <br />materials used on the project site that have the potential for being <br />discharged to the storm drain system through being windblown or in the <br />event of a material spill. <br /> <br />vi. Never clean machinery, tools, brushes, etc., or rinse containers into a <br />street, gutter, or storm drain. <br /> <br />vii. Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plasterers operations <br />do not discharge wash water into street gutters or drains. <br /> <br />c. Construction access routes shall be limited to those approved by the City <br />Engineer or Building Inspector and shall be shown on the approved grading plan. <br /> <br />20. The developer shall provide a minimum one- (1-) lane wide vehicular "bail-out" at the <br />end of the parking/driveway aisle ending at the blank-wall side of the ramp to the <br />parking deck's upper level.
