<br />g. The developer shall construct vertical precast concrete (PCC) curbs and gutters <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. Where <br />a sidewalk is adjacent to the curb and gutter, they shall be poured monolithically. <br /> <br />h. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections of the private <br />streets/driveways serving this project shall be subject to final review and <br />approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />i. The developer shall apply for and receive an encroachment permit prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit and/or prior to <br />moving any construction equipment onto the site. A refundable erosion control <br />and hazard abatement cash bond, the amount to be determined by the City <br />Engineer, shall be posted by the developer with receipt of the encroachment <br />permit and shall be maintained throughout the construction period. <br /> <br />j. The developer shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain water run-off <br />ordinance by implementing the following measures: <br /> <br />I. The developer shall install a structural control, such as an oil-water <br />separator, sand filter, or approved equal in the parking lot and parking <br />deck to intercept and pretreat storm water prior to reaching the storm <br />drain. The design, locations, and a schedule for maintaining the separa- <br />tor shall be submitted to the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspec- <br />tion for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. The <br />structural control shall be cleaned at least twice a year: once immediately <br />prior to October 15 and once in January. The developer shall enter into <br />a maintenance agreement for the oil/water separator. <br /> <br />11. The developer shall sweep or vacuum the parking lot, parking deck, and <br />sidewalks a minimum of once a month and shall prevent the accumulation <br />of litter and debris on the site. Corners and hard to reach areas shall be <br />swept manually. If the sidewalks and/or the parking lot are pressure <br />washed, debris must be trapped and collected to prevent entry into the <br />storm drain system. No cleaning agent may be discharged into the storm <br />drain. If any cleaning agent or degreaser is used, wash water must be <br />collected and discharged to the sanitary sewer, subject to approval of the <br />Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD). <br /> <br />iii. The developer shall include erosion controll storm water quality measures <br />on the final grading plan which shall specifically address measures to <br />prevent soil, dirt, and debris from entering the storm drain system. Such <br />measures may include, but are not limited to, hydroseeding, hay bales, <br /> <br />Z-95-73, SearslStoneridge Mall <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />June IS, 1995 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />~- <br />
