Calculations of total cut, fill, and graded surface area for the structure,
parking and driveways.

b. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary
sewer laterals from the building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of
Building Inspection and the City Engineer.

c. The paving sections for the on-site parking and driveway areas shall be designed
on the basis of an "R"-Value test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated
traffic loads. This design shall be subject to the approval of the Director of
Building Inspection. The minimum paving section shall be two-inches (2") of
asphalt concrete on six-inches (6") of aggregate base. The minimum asphalt
concrete pavement slope shall be one-percent (1 %). For pavement slopes of less
than one-percent (1 %), the surface runoff shall be carried in a concrete gutter to
an acceptable point of discharge. The minimum slope for the concrete gutter, if
used, shall be 0.5%.

d. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved
by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit.

e. The developer shall include dust and erosion control measures on the final
grading plan, subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The applicant is
responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All cut
and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after
completion of grading, in no case later than October 15. No grading shall occur
between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion control measures are
in place, subject to the approval of the Building Department. Such measures
shall be maintained until such time as permanent landscaping is in place.

Z-95-73, Sears/Stoneridge Mall
Conditions of Approval

June 15, 1995
Page 8
