Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Received June 8, 1995" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance with the approved exhibits. 2. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. 3. The design review and variance approvals will lapse within one year from the date of approval unless a building permit is issued and construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion, or an extension has been approved by the City. Operational Conditions 4. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. 5. The childcare center surrounding the center times. operators shall maintain the area in a clean and orderly manner at all 6. The childcare center operators shall ensure that their State license is current at all times and that all State licensing requirements are met at all times. 7. At the time that Community Care Licensing or other State- authorized agency inspects the expanded facility, the applicants shall submit in writing to the Planning Director the exact number of children for which the expanded facility has been licensed and any special conditions or requirements which Community Care Licensing or other agencies have placed on the facility.
