Development shall be substantially as shown on the development <br />plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Received June 8, 1995" on file with <br />the Planning Department, except as modified by the following <br />conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject <br />to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior <br />to occupancy. <br /> <br />3. The design review and variance approvals will lapse within one <br />year from the date of approval unless a building permit is <br />issued and construction has commenced and is diligently <br />pursued toward completion, or an extension has been approved <br />by the City. <br /> <br />Operational Conditions <br /> <br />4. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be <br />referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at <br />a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or <br />add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may <br />revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The childcare center <br />surrounding the center <br />times. <br /> <br />operators shall maintain the area <br />in a clean and orderly manner at all <br /> <br />6. At the time that Community Care Licensing or other State- <br />authorized agency inspects the expanded facility, the <br />applicants shall submit in writing to the Planning Director <br />the exact number of children for which the expanded facility <br />has been licensed and any special conditions or requirements <br />which Community Care Licensing or other agencies have placed <br />on the facility. <br />
