<br />Resolution No. PC-95-36 <br />Page ~2 <br /> <br />29. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property <br />may be subject prior to the issuance of building permits. The <br />type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the <br />time the building permit is issued. <br /> <br />FIRE <br /> <br />30. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />31. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />32. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. <br /> <br />33. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard <br />and erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or <br />Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br />determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />34. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication <br />service, Cable television, and any required alarm systems <br />shall be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer or <br />Director of Building Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br />35. The developer's contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />36. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />37. The haul route for all materials to and from this development <br />shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br />
