Resolution No. PC-95-32 Page 5 9. The Planning Director shall reevaluate this approval in three months. This shall include notice to the surrounding neighbors informing them that the use permit is being reevaluated. Based on the response to this notice the Planning Director may approve or conditionally approve continuation of the business. Should complaints be received during this reevaluation, the Planning Director shall refer the matter back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration, at which time the Planning Commission may approve, conditionally approve, or deny the application. {end}
