Resolution No. PC-95-32
Page 4

EXHIBIT "B"
Conditions of Approval
Case UP-95-21

1. The applicant's business activities shall adhere to the
written narrative, dated April 21, 1995, submitted in
conjunction with the subject application. In addition, the
applicant shall comply with the requirements of Section
18.104.030, except as may be modified below. If any changes in
the home occupation or additional activities beyond that
proposed by the written narrative are desired, prior City
review and approval is required. Requests for modification of
the home occupation use permit shall be submitted to the
Planning Director. Requested changes may require a
modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the
Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor
changes may be approved by the Planning Director.

2. All operations shall occur indoors. The testing and running
of equipment shall occur at the garage door opening.

3. The hours of operation shall be limited to Monday - Friday,
4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and on Saturdays and Holidays, 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There shall be no work on Sundays. In
addition, there shall be no running or testing of equipment on
non-holiday weekdays after 7:00 p.m.

4. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts
pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, odor, or other impacts,
at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional
home occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning
Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If
necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of
approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said
conditional use permit.

5. The applicant shall maintain the garage parking spaces
available for parking at all times when the business is not
being conducted. The applicant may conduct temporary business
activities within 50 sq.ft. of one of the parking spaces.

6. A business license shall be obtained from the City of
Pleasanton prior to the operation of the business.

7. This use permit is not transferable to another address. In
the event that the applicant moves, a new application must be
submitted.

8. Prior to the commencement of business activities, the
applicant shall contact and obtain all necessary approval from
the Fire Department.
