Vacate waterline, access, emergency vehicle access, and utility easement
within Tract 7196, Sycamore Heights (Series No. 88-021965), reserving
that portion of said easement through Lot 1; and

2. Vacate waterline easement along Sycamore Creek Way, (Series No.
2002057533 & Series No. 2000081757).

SUMMARY: Tract 7193, Sycamore Heights, is currently being developed by Summerhill
Homes and is located at the eastern terminus of Sycamore Creek Way and
Sunset Creek Lane, adjacent to Tract 6982, Bridle Creek. Summerhill has
relocated a 24" waterline and a portion of a 12" waterline, which were not
located within the new roadway extension of Sycamore Creek Way. Both
waterlines have been relocated within the new public road right-of-way and
are currently in operation. Since the existing waterline easements at this
location are no longer required, the next step is for the City to vacate the
waterline easements. The 24" waterline running along the west side of
Lot 1 of Tract 7193 will not be relocated and this portion of the waterline
easement through Lot 1 will not be vacated.

SR 05:077
