As indicated in the applicants' statement, Exhibit "A", the <br />applicants shall be responsible for maintaining licensed <br />security personnel during the operating hours of the sports <br />bar/dance club, or hours otherwise determined by the Chief of <br />Police, to supervise the premises and to patrol the parking <br />lot area in the vicinity of the sports bar/dance club in order <br />to discourage loitering. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />During all hours of operation the doors <br />bar/dance club shall remaln closed to <br />disturbances outside of the club. <br /> <br />to the sports <br />prevent noise <br /> <br />7. The developer shall maintain the area surrounding the bar and <br />dance club in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />8. All restaurant facilities shall be equipped at all times with <br />filtering devices to minimize odors and fumes. <br /> <br />9. Trash containers shall be stored within the provided trash <br />enclosures at all times, except when being unloaded. <br /> <br />10. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other <br />attention-getting devices be utilized on the site except as <br />allowed by section 18.96.060 K of the Zoning Ordinance for <br />grand openings or by section 18.116.040 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance if approved by temporary conditional use permit as <br />part of a decorating plan in conjunction with shopping center <br />promotional events. At no time shall spot lighting be used <br />after 10:00 PM in conjunction with such grand openings and/or <br />promotional events. <br /> <br />11. If the applicants desire to install a satellite dish, the <br />applicants shall be required to apply for design review <br />approval prior to installation of the satellite dish. The <br />satellite dish shall be required to meet all of the <br />regulations for location and screening as described in section <br />18.112.020 of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall effectively screen from view all ducts, <br />meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical <br />equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the <br />roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of <br />which shall be determined by the Planning Director.
