Any groups, companies, or organizations utilizing the school's <br />meeting rooms from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, <br />shall be encouraged by the school to use some form of group <br />transit, such as carpools, vanpools, or buses, to travel to <br />and from the school facility. <br /> <br />9. Prior to receiving design review approval for the second <br />office building for this site, a parking study and analysis <br />shall be completed, subject to the review and approval by the <br />Planning Director, to determine if any modifications to this <br />use permit are needed to provide adequate parking for all the <br />uses on the site. If the parking study shows a parking <br />shortage during weekday, daytime hours, then this use permit <br />may have to be modified to limit parking demand during these <br />times. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />. <br />
