<br />Resolution No. PC-95-22 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-95-11 <br /> <br />1. The location and operation of the school shall conform <br />substantially to the site plan, floor plan, details of <br />operation and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received <br />March 17, 1995"), on file with the Planning Department, except <br />as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />City permits for the use and any tenant improvements, if <br />required, prior to the commencement of the use. <br /> <br />3. The hours of operation of the proposed school shall be between <br />the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, and <br />8:00 AM to 6:00 PM saturday and Sunday. Additional hours of <br />operation may be submitted for the review and approval by the <br />Planning Director. The total number of students and employees <br />in the school at any given time shall not exceed 400. If any <br />changes in the professional school operations or additional <br />activities beyond that proposed by the written narrative are <br />desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests <br />for modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director. Said changes may require a modification of <br />the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning <br />Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may <br />be approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />4. If the operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the Planning commission for <br />subsequent review at a pUblic hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The operation of the school shall <br />Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br />Municipal Code). <br /> <br />meet all requirements of the <br />20.24 of the Pleasanton <br /> <br />6.
