The guide <br />indicates the type of information which is needed, the findings, and the use permit <br />process. <br /> <br />In addition to the studies and plans which you are required to provide for staff, <br />Planning Commission, and City Council evaluation of your proposals (major <br />modification and use permit), the Commission and Council will consider all public <br />input and any neighborhood concerns which are presented in writing or verbally <br />prior to, or during, the public hearings. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (510) 484 - 8027.
