<br />Resolution No. PC-95-20 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />required to use a cantilevered gate rather than a rolling or <br />swinging gate to ensure that the gate does not interfere with <br />the operation of the compact parking stalls or ease of access <br />into and out of the secured parking area. <br /> <br />8. If signing for the development is desired at the time Valley <br />Collision Center vacates the building, a comprehensive signing <br />program shall be submitted to the Planning Director for <br />consideration under separate application. <br /> <br />9. Said <br />landscape plan shall be consistent with the approved landscape <br />plan plus any conditions of approval, shall be detailed in <br />terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing, and <br />shall include the following: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Ground cover <br />resistant/low <br />staff. <br /> <br />plant material(s) shall be drought- <br />water use plant species as approved by <br /> <br />b. The landscape planter along the northeasterly property <br />line near the Washington street entrance shall be <br />extended to seven feet in width to accommodate the car <br />overhang areas in the planter. <br /> <br />c. A five to seven foot wide landscape planter shall be <br />placed against the building by the compact car spaces <br />located behind the screen wall. <br /> <br />. <br />
