All retaining walls higher than four feet from the top of the wall to the bottom of the footway shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or shall be an approved crib wall type. Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall accompany the wall plans. 52. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building Inspection. 53. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation meters. 54. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject prior to occupancy. FIRE 55. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 56. All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access roads by the Fire Chief and must be maintained in accordance with Section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire Code and be accessible at all times from the start of construction until the project is completed. Curbs must be painted red or "No Parking" signs provided as required by the vehicle code. 57. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours.
