<br />Resolution No. PC-95-12 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />51. All retaining walls higher than four feet from the top of the wall to the bottom of the <br />footway shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or shall be an approved crib wall <br />type. Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall accompany the wall <br />plans. <br /> <br />52. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer <br />lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />53. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall pay the applicable Zone 7 <br />and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including <br />irrigation meters. <br /> <br />54. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject prior to <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />FIRE <br /> <br />55. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br />20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />56. All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access roads by the Fire Chief <br />and must be maintained in accordance with Section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire Code <br />and be accessible at all times from the start of construction until the project is <br />completed. Curbs must be painted red or "No Parking" signs provided as required by <br />the vehicle code. <br /> <br />57. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible <br />from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br />Tenant spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
