Noise generated by the project shall not exceed Municipal Code <br />and General Plan limits acceptable in the residential area. <br /> <br />12. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the <br />Planning commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. <br />If necessary, the Planning commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke <br />said use permit. <br /> <br />13. The day care shall be limited to the activities proposed in <br />the written narrative, Exhibit B, dated "Received November 10, <br />1994" on file with the Planning Department. Any changes in <br />the operation of the day care shall be subject to the Planning <br />Director's review and approval. <br /> <br />14. Children shall only play in the house or designated rear yard <br />areas. <br /> <br />15. The applicants' site shall be maintained in a neat and litter <br />free manner at all times. <br /> <br />16. No signs shall be allowed for the day care home. <br /> <br />17. The applicants shall install a smoke detector in each sleeping <br />room of the day care. <br /> <br />18. The applicants shall provide a mlnlmum of one 2A-10BC rated <br />portable fire extinguisher. The extinguisher shall be mounted <br />so that the top of the extinguisher is not more than five feet <br />from the floor in a location that is not obstructed. <br /> <br />19. Ages of the day care children shall be limited from infant <br />through four (4) years. <br /> <br />20. The use shall be subject to a six (6) month review by the <br />Planning Department to ensure compliance with the conditions <br />of approval. The Planning Department shall contact the <br />applicants' neighbors to ascertain if the day care has created <br />any problems pertaining to traffic, parking, noise, or other <br />objectionable factors. If necessary, the Zoning Administrator <br />may schedule a public hearing with the applicants and the <br />neighbors in an attempt to resolve such problems. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />- <br />
