Resolution No. PC-95-10 Page 4 EXHIBIT A Conditions of Approval Case UP-94-77 (February 8, 1995) 1. All appropriate state licenses for a large family day care home shall be secured and maintained during the entire time the residence is utilized as a large family day care facility. 2. The applicants shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code relating to large family day care homes. 3. The applicants must obtain a final inspection by the Fire Department prior to opening for business. 4. The applicants' garage must be able to accommodate at least two parked cars as required by the Pleasanton Municipal Code. A Planning Department inspection of the garage shall be required prior to receiving a final inspection by the Fire Department. 5. All automobiles owned or operated by the applicants, day care employees, or other tenants living at 3444 Windsor Court shall be parked in the garage or driveway of the subject site during the time the day care center is in operation. 6. Day care patrons shall be directed by the applicants to utilize the driveway of the subject site or on-street parking spaces directly in front of the day care home, when available. Day care patrons may utilize other on-street parking spaces provided that children are escorted or can safely travel between the day care home and parking. 7. The applicants shall advise the day care patrons to drive safely and follow all traffic regulations coming to and from Windsor Court and that they be mindful of adjacent residents' concerns when driving to and from the site. 8. The applicants shall advise the day care patrons not to make u-turns in the neighboring driveways. 9. The hours of the large family day care shall be limited to the hours of 6:30 a.m. through 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any changes in the hours operation of the day care shall be subject to the Planning Director's review and approval. 10. No outdoor recreational activities shall occur prior to 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.
