Whether the plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD District: <br /> <br />The PUD District is intended to encourage imagination in the development of residential <br />properties, to encourage the establishment of open areas in residential developments, and <br />provide a mechanism which ensures that the beauty of natural areas will be available and <br />maintained. The proposed development has integrated design features of the surrounding <br />neighborhood to promote the unique architectural characteristics found in the area. In <br />addition, the proposed development would provide for maintenance of the creek area and <br />provide access to the creek which is currently not available.
