<br />Resolution No. PC-95-04 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of New cities Development <br />Group (Frederick Bates) and the stringer Company (Scott <br />stringer) for Planned unit Development (PUD) Development <br />Plan approval for the construction of 43 detached single- <br />family homes on three properties totaling 7. 6:!: acres <br />located generally at the northwest corner of the <br />Pleasanton Avenue/st. John street intersection (4227 <br />Pleasanton Avenue; 721 st. John Street; and 675 st. John <br />Street [the former Graham-Hitch mortuary site]). <br /> <br />Section 2.
