Resolution No. PC-95-03 Page 6 14. The applicant shall install 4 (four) evergreen trees near the rear property line of the site. The applicant shall also install 3 (three) trees within the landscape strip near the front property line of the site and shrubs and trees along the southern side of the driveway between the gate and the front property line. Final plant location and species shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to installation. All trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. The landscaping shall be installed within 60 days of use permit approval. The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City, approved by the City Attorney, which guarantees that the required landscaping will be maintained at all times in a healthful, attractive and weed free manner. 15. Existing trees shall not be removed from the site without prior approval by the Planning Director. 16. The applicant shall maintain the property in a litter and weed free manner at all times. The applicant shall mow weeds annually, or sooner, as required by the Fire Marshall. 17. Any lighting on the site shall be installed in such a manner that glare is directed away from surrounding properties and rights-of-way. {end}
