<br />Resolution No. PC-95-03 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />14. The applicant shall install 4 (four) evergreen trees near the <br />rear property line of the site. The applicant shall also <br />install 3 (three) trees within the landscape strip near the <br />front property line of the site and shrubs and trees along the <br />southern side of the driveway between the gate and the front <br />property line. Final plant location and species shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to installation. All trees used in landscaping be a <br />minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 <br />gallons. The landscaping shall be installed within 60 days of <br />use permit approval. The applicant shall enter into an <br />agreement with the City, approved by the City Attorney, which <br />guarantees that the required landscaping will be maintained at <br />all times in a healthful, attractive and weed free manner. <br /> <br />15. Existing trees shall not be removed from the site without <br />prior approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />16. The applicant shall maintain the property in a litter and weed <br />free manner at all times. The applicant shall mow weeds <br />annually, or sooner, as required by the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />17. Any lighting on the site shall be installed in such a manner <br />that glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
