Chairman Lutz motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh, that the applicant shall redesign the plan to increase the setbacks along the western property line in the vicinity of Units 94-97. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Barker, Dove, Hovingh, McGuirk and Chairman Lutz None Commissioner Wright None The motion carried. Commissioner Hovingh motioned, recommending the City Council approve Case PUD-95-06 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B and the changes to the conditions as the result of the changed site plan indicated in italics and subject to the two previous motions. The motion died for lack of a second. Commissioner McGuirk motioned, seconded by Chairman Lutz, recommending the deletion of Condition 12A of PUD-95-06, Exhibit B conditions of approval. Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Commissioner Dove, finding that the proposed PUD rezoning is consistent with the General Plan, and making the PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed in the staff report of October 25, 1995, and recommending approval of Case PUD-95-06, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B," the changes to the conditions as the result of the revised site plan indicated in italics, and the previous motions.
