<br />Revise Condition 10 to read as follows: The applicant shall install a gate across <br />the west side yard of the site at the front of the house to tie into the existing side <br />yard fence. Hoovard Villa2e Shoooin2 Center <br />Review of the approved PUD for the Hopyard Village Shopping Center located at the <br />northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report reviewing the approved PUD-85-1O, Hopyard Village <br />Shopping Center. Staff has held several neighborhood meetings regarding the adjacent <br />shopping center's failure to comply with their PUD conditions of approval as well as other <br />issues. The City Council has directed staff to resolve as many neighborhood issues as <br />possible and have the Planning Commission review the issues. <br /> <br />An overview of the neighbors' complaints are: <br /> <br />. The gate to the rear parking lot is not being kept closed between 7:30 p.m. <br />and 6:30 a.m. as required by the PUD condition, resulting in disturbances to <br />the neighbors. <br />. Request additional trees planted along their back fence. There was some <br />discussion of adding a second wall or lattice on top of the existing wall; <br />however, the property manager is not in favor of these options. <br />.
