Preslev ComDanies of Northern California <br />Application to subdivide an approximately 145 acre site into 39 residential lots for the <br />Phase II portion of the Laurel Creek development located at the southwest corner of <br />Dublin Canyon Road and Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - LDR/OS (Low Density Residential/Open Space) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report for the application to subdivide a 145 acre site into 39 <br />residential lots. This is Phase II of the Laurel Creek development, located at Foothill Road <br />and Dublin Canyon Road. Mr. Iserson gave a brief overview of this project beginning with <br />PUD and growth management approval in 1990. Mr. Iserson noted that the developer was <br />not able to move forward with the remaining development due to the cost of public <br />improvements and the unfavorable real estate market. Therefore, the original vesting <br />tentative map expired.
