<br />Chairman Lutz spoke to the issue of closing the one driveway. The applicant stated that he <br />would like to keep both driveways, however, he is willing to go along with staff's <br />recommendation of closing one driveway and installing curbing. As an alternative, he would <br />like to chain one driveway so that it is not serviceable. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Hovingh, Mr. Beougher advised that Zone 7 will require a <br />drainage fee because the site is hard-surfaced. There is no actual use that would require a <br />sewer connection. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright inquired if the applicant would approve of the asphalt curbing. The <br />business is a sales business dealing with keys and key accessories. There is no walk-in <br />business. There is minimal traffic, few employees, and little truck traffic.
