<br />Commissioner Dove motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh, adopting a <br />resolution recommending approval of the attached draft Negative Declaration. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dove, Hovingh, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />Commissioner Barker <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-67 was entered recommending approval of the Negative <br />Declaration, as motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh, recommending <br />approval of Case GPA-95-1 to amend the Land Use Element designation of the General <br />Plan from "Community Facilities - School" to "Medium Density Residential." <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dove, Hovingh, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />Commissioner Barker <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-68 was entered recommending approval of Case GPA-95-1, as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright feels the Commission's attitude is to follow the current General Plan, <br />therefore, no lots would have to be eliminated from the current plan. He feels there has <br />been some inconsistency between the PUD, R-I-6500 or R-I-6700, and that the minimum lot <br />size should stay at 6500. Because this is a PUD, Commissioner Wright feels there is some <br />flexibility to allow Plan 3 and Plan 4 to remain as designed. However, Plan I should be <br />increased the 8 inches to become a full 20' x 20' garage. Commissioner Wright feels the 75- <br />25% mix is acceptable, with the corner lots designated for single story houses. He definitely <br />wants the corner and visible lots to be articulated, however, all houses don't need <br />articulation. Total articulation would go against the surrounding neighborhoods. He <br />approves of the land swap with the park. Regarding the FAR question, Commissioner <br />Wright feels there should be a disclosure to the four lots that are at 40% FAR and not <br />increase the total development to a 45 % FAR. He also agrees to the need for a four-way <br />stop at Black Avenue and Calle Ricardo, but would defer to the evaluation and <br />recommendation of staff. <br /> <br />Pago 13 <br /> <br />Soptomh"r 27. 1995 <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />
