<br />In response to Chairman Lutz, Mr. Nygard stated the existing services/clinics will be <br />redistributed throughout the complex as well as adding Teenage, Occupational Medicine, and <br />Physical Therapy clinics. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Chairman Lutz, finding the project <br />would not have a significant effect on the environment and approving the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for Case Z-95-102. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Dove, Hovingh, and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />Commissioner Wright <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-59 was entered approving the draft Negative Declaration, as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Chairman Lutz, approving Case 95-102 <br />subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Dove, Hovingh, and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />Commissioner Wright <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-60 was entered approving Case Z-95-102, as motioned. <br /> <br />e. Lvnden Homes <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning to rezone a 1.01 acre site (1635 <br />Rose Avenue) from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD - Medium Density <br />Residential District and development plan approval for a thirteen unit single-family <br />residential development on two parcels totalling 4.30 acres of land located at 1635 and <br />1777 Rose Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR <br />(Medium Density Residential) and Agriculture District.
