<br />Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-95-05 to the City Council with the following modification: <br /> <br />Add performance criteria on noise, odor, etc. to be included in the asterisk <br />portion of Table 18.44.090. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Dove, Hovingh, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-61 was entered recommending approval of Case RZ-95-05 to the <br />City Council, as motioned. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove inquired about a person who could appeal a decision to the City Council <br />and then not show up at the public hearing. Mr. Swift advised that the $12.50 filing fee was <br />paid. Commissioner Dove felt this was a waste of time for all involved. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright noted that some townhomes whose rear fences face Hopyard have <br />been repainted recently in a white wash with green trim. <br /> <br />8.
